Not good

The Saturday before Christmas, I went out with friends. By the time I got home, I didn't feel well. I really thought I had just ate too much.

By Tuesday I still wasn't feeling better, so I called a nurse hot line to see if I should go into the doctor. He told me the symptoms I had are the same as a cold/flu that is going around and I just need to rest. I took Christmas Eve off from both jobs and stayed in bed all day, with Eddie faithfully at my side.

By the next day, I felt better, but I still wasn't 100%. I have been having a stomach pain that gets better and worse and a fever that comes and goes.

On the 7th, I ended up leaving work because I felt so bad and made an appointment to see my doctor. I took the next day off as well, and had my appointment with the doctor that afternoon. They found blood in my urine and sent me to get a blood test.

I did the blood draw on Friday, because they required a 8-12 hour fasting period. I still have not heard from my doctor as to the results of the test.

I just want them to figure out what is wrong as quickly as possible. I am tired of feeling like crap and my face hurting from the fever. Last time I had a mystery problem it took 6 months to figure out what it was. I'm hoping this time it will be more obvious.
