Hello!

Thanks for following me to this blog. It is a lot easier for me to update this one!

As a special treat, here is an actual post!

I know it has been a while, but luckily, my trial starts on Fri! I have been working WAY too many hours these last few weeks, but my paychecks will be VERY NICE!

In other news, one of my 2 paralegals has quit the firm. There is buzz that they will not be filling her position because she did not get enought work to meet the minimum required hours. This means that in order for my one paralegal to justify having 2 assistants and a record assistant, she is going to need to take on more work, but that in doing so, the other assistant and I are going to be given more responsibility. I am very excited about this. The 3 of us work really well together as a team and I don't want to lose that (we are still breaking in our RA).

It is also looking like I will be able to change my shift at the airport so I will work from 5pm - 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and 5pm - 9pm on Sundays. I am very excited about this schedule. I will have many fewer days without enough sleep and will be able to work at the law firm on the weekends more. (Yes, as a matter of fact I do know that I'm a workaholic!) Don't worry, I do have a few vacations planned right now!

That is pretty much the newest thing going on in my life these days. For the most part I work. Monday through Friday at the law firm, and Friday through Sunday at the airline. I can't wait until I don't have to be at the airport until 5. I will be able to get so much more done around the house!

The highlight of my week is still the days when Tiger is home. I look forward to those days very much and still love the added bonus when he is home for 2 days instead of 1! :)
