So much has happened!

So much has happened over the last 2 weeks. Instead of putting it all in one post, I'm going to break it down by topic, so there will be several posts.

1st - 2 weeks ago. Terra was supposed to fly into Phoenix on Monday, October 8th. There are several non stop flights from Charlotte to Phoenix, so I didn't think it would be too hard to get her out on a Monday. The only problem was that I forgot that the 8th was Columbus day so Monday travel would be higher than normal. After she didn't get on the 2nd flight to Phoenix, I called a friend who was working at the airport. She told me there was one available seat on the non stop from CLT to LAX and the connecting flight from LAX to PHX was wide open. I sent Terra down to that gate and thank goodness she was given the seat. After a short layover in LAX she was on her way to PHX. She landed around 2 and the next flight to SLC left at 4:30. We finally made it into SLC at 7PM (We were originally supposed to land at 1). We were supposed to leave at 7:30 on Tuesday, but since we got in so late, and I couldn't get the time off for us to go to Cancun (that story will be in another post), I decided that we wouldn't leave until Wednesday afternoon. Terra was staying with her sister and niece in Provo and I was staying with my sister and nieces in West Jordan.

We got out on Wednesday no problem. Oh yeah, we ended up sitting next to each other in First Class on the way to SLC and next to each other on the way back to Phoenix. This was AWESOME considering we were flying space available!
