I had my second weigh in today. I lost 1 pound last week and 1 more pound this week. It isn't much, but it's a start. I really think the bigger results are going to be when they do my measurements and calculate my body fat. I build muscle really quickly (no, I'm not dilusional and just saying that, I really do) so I'm pretty sure that even though I have only lost 1 pound, my body fat percentage will be lower than 2 pounds.
