AZ has a great program where you can sign up for early voting for ALL elections in the state. You can either mail it back, or drop it off at ANY polling location on election day.
This works out great for me because I can take my time to go over my the bills and candidates and really decide how I want to vote, and not worry about forgetting once I get infront of that stupid ballot.
I choose to drop it off on election day because I don't trust that it won't get lost in the mail. Rational or not, that is how I feel.
I have received a phone call EVERY DAY this week reminding me to return my ballot. I explain to each of them that I turn it in on election day. They remind me not to forget. Today I got a voicemail letting me know that I can no longer return my ballot via mail, because it will not arrive on time. Whatever.
Between the phone calls in support of someone, the phone calls reminding me to vote and the crap I am getting in the mail from local candidates wives, I am SO READY for Tuesday, when all this will stop.
