Ok. Yeah, I see that.

So, after much deliberation, I came up with a Halloween costume, on Friday morning. I usually try to see what I can through together with the stuff I have in my closet. You know, all the stuff that you don't wear together because it gives you a certain look, that isn't YOUR look? I like it because it is easy and free, and I can usually pull something off.

This year I had decided I was going to go goth. I called my sis to see what I could do with my hair, because I have the WRONG cut to just leave it down. She suggested ratted pigtails as seen in Ice Princess. I have never seen Ice Princess (for obvious reasons), but it did give me an idea.

Who am I?








If you guessed Abby Sciuto from NCIS, you would be correct. It would probably have been clearer if I had a white lab coat, but I would have had to buy that, and would have defeated the purpose of my free, last minute costume. I did pay $2 for the black, spray on hair color. I already own EVERYTHING else.

The title of this post is the most common response I heard after I told people WHO I was rather than WHAT I was. :)

I did learn a few things from this costume.

1- I ROCK the high pigtails look.

2- Spray on black hair color is more trouble than it is worth. I would have gone without had I known is was such a mess. :(
