Who Wore it Best?

There is a tabloid magazine, I don't remember which one, that has a section devoted to which on of two stars wore the same dress better.

I found out yesterday that my friend Terra, has a friend Donna, who was also Abby Sciuto from NCIS for Halloween. (Terra thinks Donna bought a kit.)

I am holding my own version of "Who Wore it Best" and putting it to my handfull of blog readers to let me know who they think pulled it off better. Below is the picture of Donna as Abby. You will have to go to my previous post to review my version of Abby. :)

Please be honest. It won't hurt my feelings. I'm just curious because they are 2 VERY different interpretations.
