Okay so something is going on with Eddie. Both yesterday and today he has decided that I need to wake up to give him attention. He accomplishes this by PAWING AT MY MOUTH WITH HIS CLAWS OUT! No, he doesn't paw at my face, it is always my mouth, specifically my lower lip. I don't like it AT ALL!
I am not fond of this alarm clock and I don't know why he has suddenly begun to do this. I am still getting up at the same time, he has just decided that I need to get up earlier.
This morning I DID NOT appreciate this AT ALL and I attempted to roll over and go back to sleep. He walked over the top of my ribs and proceeded to paw at my mouth AGAIN!
I rolled back over and covered my head with the sheet. He walked back over me and sat on my arm.
This didn't last long because I can't sleep with my head covered. I HAVE to have fresh air. I cracked the sheet so I could breath. Eddie figured that one out FAST and began pawing at the sheet to expose my face.
I finally gave up and started petting him. I really didn't want him to win, or think this was acceptable. I don't want to have to start shutting him out of my room, but I'm not going to be woken up with a claw in my lip every morning. :(
